By accessing or using EthioDrive (the "App"), you confirm that you are at least 17 years old, that you have read and understood these Terms of Use, and that you agree to comply with them. These terms form a legally binding agreement between you and EthioDrive (operated by Mikias, London, United Kingdom).

EthioDrive is an informational and referral platform designed to help members of the Ethiopian, Eritrean, and East African communities in the UK:

• Prepare for the DVSA driving theory test through practice questions, mock tests, flashcards, and educational content
• Discover and connect with driving instructors in their area
• Explore insurance options and connect with insurance referral partners
• Access car advice and connect with car service providers
• Track study progress and performance

EthioDrive is not a driving school, insurance company, financial adviser, or vehicle dealership.

All content and services on EthioDrive are provided for informational and referral purposes only. EthioDrive does not:

• Directly provide driving tuition or lessons
• Sell or arrange insurance products
• Provide financial, legal, or regulated advice of any kind
• Sell vehicles or act as a vehicle dealer

Any connection to a third-party instructor, insurer, or dealer made through EthioDrive is a direct relationship between you and that third party. EthioDrive simply facilitates the introduction.

Driving instructors, insurance providers, and car service partners listed or referred to through EthioDrive are independent third parties. They are not employed by, affiliated with, or acting on behalf of EthioDrive.

EthioDrive makes no representations, warranties, or guarantees regarding:

• The quality, competence, or suitability of any driving instructor
• The suitability, price, or terms of any insurance product
• The condition, value, or accuracy of any vehicle listing or car advice
• The accuracy or completeness of information provided by third-party partners

You are solely responsible for evaluating any third-party provider and for any agreements or transactions you enter into with them. EthioDrive shall not be liable for any loss, damage, or dispute arising from your dealings with third-party providers.

All educational content, theory test questions, explanations, and guidance published within EthioDrive are provided for informational and study purposes only.

This content does not constitute and should not be relied upon as:

• Legal advice
• Financial or insurance advice
• Official DVSA guidance or guaranteed exam preparation

EthioDrive does not guarantee that using the app will result in passing the DVSA theory test. Always refer to official DVSA resources for authoritative information.

To access certain features, you must create an account. You agree to:

• Provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date information
• Keep your account credentials secure and confidential
• Notify us immediately of any unauthorised use of your account

You are responsible for all activity carried out under your account. EthioDrive reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.

EthioDrive may offer optional one-time purchases (such as premium access or pass packs). When you make a purchase:

• Payment is processed securely through a third-party payment provider
• EthioDrive does not store your card or payment details
• All purchases are subject to the pricing and conditions displayed at the time of purchase
• Unless otherwise stated, purchases are non-refundable once access has been granted

EthioDrive does not currently offer recurring subscription billing. This may change in future, and any such changes will be communicated clearly in advance.

By using EthioDrive, you agree not to:

• Use the app for any unlawful or fraudulent purpose
• Submit false, misleading, or inaccurate information
• Attempt to gain unauthorised access to any part of the app or its systems
• Scrape, copy, or reproduce app content without permission
• Harass, abuse, or harm other users or third-party providers
• Use the app in any way that disrupts or damages its operation

All content within EthioDrive — including but not limited to text, questions, explanations, logos, images, design, and code — is the intellectual property of EthioDrive or its licensors.

You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works from any part of EthioDrive without prior written permission. Personal use for study purposes is permitted.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, EthioDrive and its operator shall not be liable for any:

• Loss arising from your reliance on any information provided in the app
• Loss or damage arising from your interactions with third-party instructors, insurers, or dealers
• Failure to pass the DVSA driving theory test
• Technical errors, downtime, or data loss
• Indirect, incidental, or consequential losses of any kind

EthioDrive's total liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount you paid to us in the 12 months preceding the claim, or £50, whichever is greater.

EthioDrive reserves the right to suspend or permanently terminate your account at any time, with or without notice, if we believe you have violated these Terms of Use or if we are required to do so by law.

You may also delete your account at any time by contacting us at mikias@bluenilee.uk.

We may update these Terms of Use from time to time. When we do, we will update the "Last updated" date. Significant changes will be communicated to you via the app or email. Continued use of EthioDrive after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the revised terms.

These Terms of Use are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes arising out of or in connection with these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
